SHIPPING POLICY
All of the jewellery by Sanna Kumma are handmade.
Only a small part of them are casted (some of those are first hand carved in wax and some are from a 3D-model) and even those are all finished by hand.
This is a rare quality in jewelry sold by collections.
For me it is about love for my art and working with my hands.
Every single piece I make from scratch and every single piece is made with love of what I do.
If you decide to buy a Kumma product, you support a Finnish designer who loves her job.

SHIPPING
Orders in Finland are sent through the Finnish Postal Office aka Posti and will be packed and sent in 4 days from order. Customers are informed in rare occasions when this can not be done
(such as holiday).
Domestic shipping is free of charge.
For shipping abroad just contact us at kummaofficial@gmail.com . We will happily send your product anywhere in the world.
REFUND
If the product is not satisfying you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Returned items are required to be in the same condition as delivered. In case of return, use trackable mail service so your package doesn't get lost. Start your return process by contacting us at kummaofficial@gmail.com .
We care about our customer satisfaction so if there is something to change in the product, don't hesitate to contact us via email kummaofficial@gmail.com

We have two options for payments via webshop.
1. Pay with your debit/credit card
2. Pay with PayPal
We have a billing option available for custom orders.

All the products include Finnish VAT 24%.
Note that if you are ordering outside EU there might be some custom duties or import taxes. Check with your local customs office for your local regulations.
